The Lady In My Life.......

I have collected some interview pieces of Michael speaking about the type of women he likes and how he feels about them. I have seen so many false comments from the tabloids suggesting that Michael wasn't interested in women. I have statements below from Michael himself, setting the record straight. The tabloids will say anything for money, they know that a story suggesting that Michael wasn't into women will sell more, but they never think about the consequences Michael would have to face for all of their lies. I have stories below dating back to when Michael was a child to show you that Michael Jackson has always had ladies in his life!!

1. Interview in  1972

The only difference between me and an ordinary 13 year old boy is that he can go to a place by himself. With me, it’s a little different. I can walk to stores around my hometown by myself but anytime I go somewhere else, I have to have some kind of security. I don’t mind. I kind of like the idea of the girls trying to get to me.

2. Michael Jackson 13 Years Old,Teen Star Magazine, 1972

Q: How do you feel about kissing on a first date?

MJ: I can dig it! I think that if you dig a chick enough to ask her out, you’re crazy if you don’t want to kiss her. And, if she accepted the date, she likes you and probably wants to be kissed. So, I couldn’t think of any reason why you shouldn’t! I think I’d like to wait ’till the end of the date before I kissed her, though! I think most girls are afraid you’re comin’ on too fast if you kiss them right away. But, if I could tell that chick I was with was just waitin’ to be kissed, I wouldn’t mess around wastin’ time! I’d take her in my arms, bend her face back to rest on the back of her seat, and slowly lean toward her, gazin’ into her eyes and talking in a slow, smooth voice. Then, I’d press my lips against hers, gently at first, then harder and harder until we’re both lost in a soul kiss of true love.”

3. Michael Tells: ‘I’m A Girl Watcher!’ Tiger Beat, September 1972 (Michael aged 14)

Michael always says it with a smile but he’s serious when he calls girl watching ‘an art’!

When asked, he’ll explain that it takes a lot of practice to ‘eyeball chicks’ without being noticed. For one thing, Michael knows that it’s very rude to stare at a person openly. That’s why he’s perfected a technique that never gives him away.

Why did he go through all this trouble?

‘Because I really don’t want to offend anyone by watching them. Some people really get uptight if they know someone is looking at them. But I have this weakness – I love looking at girls!’

‘Just watching a girl can give me the best reason to smile. Girls are something very special and you got to treat them that way. That’s why I always say don’t stare right at a chick. She’ll begin to fidget, wondering if her hair’s messed up or if her make-up is smeared. It’s kind of like going to an art gallery to see beautiful paintings. If you look at a painting just the right way, you get the most out of it!’

4. Special Edition of Right On magazine, 50 Facts About Michael, 1984

28. A soft, beautiful scent will make Michael turn his attention to you.

31. Balloons, balloons, and more balloons are what Michael would send you if you were his special girl.

37. He loves singing romantic songs more than any other kind.

38. Michael loves having long telephone conversations with special ladies.

39. Michael thinks Japan is a wonderful country to fall in love because of its beauty and romance.

41. Go on a roller coaster with Michael and you’ll his win his heart. The scarier the better.

5. Michael Age 12, 1970:

MJ: I like dey legs big and I like them with pretty big eyes (laughs) and uh, let me see what else do I like about girls?

Brother: How about their personality, Mike? (laughs)

MJ: Yeah, I like their personality. That’s one thing I like about them.

6. Michael, Black Stars Interview. November 1976

“A young lady’s physical beauty can by no means outshine the inner beauty that radiates from her inner heart and spirit. The kindness of a girl is more important than anything, really, to be honest about it.”

7. Michael Kissing a fan, Triumpth Tour, Jet Magazine, October 15 1981

How Michael Jackson, sexy lead singer of the Jacksons, surprised a female fan who broke through a line of security guards at the Forum in LA to give him a gift while he was on stage singing a love song. Although Michael apparently wondered how she had managed to outmaneuver the security muscle men, he accepted the gift then pulled her into his arms and kissed her tenderly.

There Was So Much More To Come..........

Michael Jackson had so much more that he wanted to accomplish before his sudden death. He had an amazing work ethic and a unique way of thinking. Michael doesn't put awards that he wins in his house because he doesn't want to subconsiously feel that he has done it all and that he has achieved all that he ever can. Michael liked feeling that there was still so much left that he had to do. He liked to be innovative and he wanted to try to pry into the future, to create the sound of tomorrow. Even with all of his past music, he would spend hours in the studio until the music was just right. Michael would always be listening to the latest music to try stay on top of his craft. His work ethic was incredible. Michael said that if he takes a week off from working; he feels like he is behind because music is constantly changing. Michael felt that when someone is in competition with another person; it brings out higher effort in their work.

The music industry is pretty much that way. All of the artist are competing against each other in a way, to be the best and be number one. Michael was a winner every time. He achieved success in a way that no one will ever catch up to. He set the bar very high!! Michael  wanted to always strive to do more and achieve more, He really wanted to do more film and be innovative from a directors point of view. He wanted to take film to another level. He has done this many times in the short film area, but he wanted to try making actual feature film movies as well. I always wonder what could have been. I was watching an interview with Michaels sister Latoya, and she said that we havent seen half of all the amazing things Michael could do. She said that he had so many dance moves that have never been seen by the public and that he had so muc more to give. I wish we all could have been able to experience what was left to come.

The Chamber Of Fire......

In 1984, Michael Jackson was in the process of making the Pepsi commercial with his brothers. He was onstage dancing an all of the sudden, his hair caught on fire from the firework special effects that went terribly wrong. Michael made a settlement with Pepsi for 1.5 million dollars. Michael was kind enough to donate that money to a hospital for burned victims called the Brotman Medical Center. The center is now called the Michael Jackson Burn Center in his honor. Since Michael knew what it was like to suffer from burns, In 1986 he decided to visit a burn center. He was in the process of donating a Hyperbaric Chamber to a hospital. Michael decided that he wanted to get into it to see what it would feel like. Then the tabloids took a picture of Michael while he was in there trying it out, and attached a story to it saying that he slept in a Hyperbaric Chamber every night so that he could live for 150 years.

When In reality he had purchased the chamber for a hospital and he just decided to check it out and to see how it would feel to be inside. Michael sleeps in a bed!! I think it is crazy how the media can totally turn stories around. Michael was doing a good thing that day by making a donation and yet it was turned into a tabloid rumor that would last as one of the "bizarre" things he has done. What is so bizarre about trying out a piece of burn equipment, when Michael himself was a burn victim? Of course he would be interested to see what others that have gone through the same situation as him; has to use to recover from painful burns. In the picture above you can see Michael visiting a burn patient and brightening up his day. This was what Michael was all about, bringing love, joy and giving to others who need it. In the video below you can further hear Michael discuss the Hyperbaric Chamber incident and how it was just another ridiculous rumor.

The Spirit Of Religion......

Michael Jackson was raised a Jehovah's Witness growing up. He attended services about 5 times a week with his family.  Michael felt a lot of pressure from his religion. When he was in school, he wasn't allowed to associate with any one that wasn't a Jehovah's Witness, so that made it hard for him to make friends. He did make a friend with a girl named Darles, but once she became disfellowshipped; Michael was no longer able to speak to her. It made Michael very sad and he missed her a lot. The Jehovah Witness's thought that Michael  wasn't being conservative enough with the way he would dress or with the dance moves that he would do.

Michael tried his best to make the church happy. After he released  the " Thriller"  video he had to put up a disclaimer in the beginning of the video. The church thought that his video had occult images in it, so Michael had to say that the video didn't express his religious beliefs. Michael tried his hardest to follow the rules of his church until one day when his sister Latoya stopped going to the Jehovah meetings. She got dis-fellowshipped from the church and they told Michael that he could no longer speak to Latoya because she wasn't a Jehovah's witness. This devastated Michael so much and he decided that he would continue speaking to Latoya and he left the Jehovah witness church for good in 1987.

Michael still always believed in God and Jesus and would always voice that to people and in interviews. Michael was able to celebrate his first Christmas with his good friend Elizabeth Taylor. Michael said he felt guilty while he was opening presents because he had always been raised not to ever celebrate Christmas or birthdays. He loved his presents and received a lot of supersoakers!! I can not say for sure what religion Michael was in the end, but I have read in interviews from some of Michael's friends that he died a Christian. There was no evidence or proof that he was Muslim, which is highly questioned today. I have a video below of Michael's first Christmas for all of you to enjoy!!

A Father's Hidden Emotions......

Michael has stated many times that he was afraid of his father Joseph. Michael has said in an interview "I am scared of my father to this day. My father walked in the room -- and God knows I am telling the truth -- I have fainted in his presence many times. I have fainted once to be honest. I have thrown up in his presence because when he comes in the room and this aura comes and my stomach starts hurting and I know I am in trouble". All Michael wanted was a father who showed him love. Joseph had a hard time showing affection, he never really told Michael he loved him or comforted him. Michael did say that he had some childhood memories that proves to him that Joseph did love him.

When he was 4 years old there was a carnival and Joe picked him up and put him on a pony. It was a small gesture that meant a lot to Michael and displayed Josephs love. That one moment made Michael feel good and let him know that he was loved. When MJ was a kid he had a real sweet tooth for glazed doughnuts, so every 3 weeks there was a bag of glazed doughnuts on the table, MJ said it was like Santa Clause secretly leaving presents at night. Joseph was afraid of showing human emotion and didn't know how to deal with it; which is why he didn't want Michael to see him getting the doughnuts for him.

Joseph had a hard upbringing as well. He grew up in a poor family in the south and his own father had  a hard time showing affection and Joseph received beatings also. Joseph handled his own abuse differently than Michael obviously but I feel that we should try to see some things from Joe's perspective based on the childhood that he had and show him more compassion. I read posts about Joseph and people call him all sorts of terrible names and they make him out to be evil, but he is not. I was able to meet him and he was very nice to me. I heard Joseph say in an interview that he did grieve and cry when he found out MJ had passed but he did it in private because he didn't want anyone to see.

That is also a sign that he has a hard time showing emotions like MJ said, but it doesn't mean that Joseph doesn't feel emotions. In the past years Michael has said that Joe has been trying harder to become closer to MJ and have more of a father-son relationship. Michael said that he knew that Joe loved him, even though he didn't show it in a traditional way. Michael also said in an interview that "Joseph is very different now, and that time and age has changed him. He sees his grandchildren and he wants to be a better father. It is almost like the ship has sailed its course and it is so hard for me to accept this other guy that is not the guy I was raised with. I just wished he had learned that earlier.”

Michael knew Joseph pushed him and his siblings so hard to save them from a life of poverty and indignity; he pushed them because he loved them. He never wanted anybody to look down on his children. I'm not defending everything Joseph did to Michael but I wanted you guys to have a better understanding of why he did them. Michael said he is a lot like his father in many ways. He is strong, courageous, confident and has many important values instilled in him. So if you love every bit of Michael then that means you could love a little bit of Joseph.

Don't Just Leave It Alone.......

We all know that problems won't go away if we don’t try to fix them. Here is one of my favorite quotes from the movie This Is It, Michael says " Oh they'll fix it, they'll, they who? It starts with us or it will never get done.” That is the purpose of this post today as well as my whole blog. Some people have been telling me to just ignore the MJ haters and that I'm wasting my time; but what if people had said things like that to Martin Luther King Jr, Peta and other activists? How is anything ever going to change if we just leave it alone?  Who knows where we would be today without those activists making the differences that they have. So I won't stop fighting. I'm a MJ fan but I also just love people and I am not ok with him or anyone else being falsely accused of things they didn’t do and slandered for being different than others. The slander is still going on even after his death. Michael's legacy was very important to him, we all know this.

He would not want the words pedophile, wacko jacko, or any of those other names and lies attached to him and his legacy and his fans shouldn't want that either. We can't change every ones mind but if we don’t try to properly educate people of the truth; then the truth will never be out there for people to discover if they ever wanted to. Within informing them of the truth we can also leave messages of things that were important to Michael such as donating to charities, helping sick children and others and the messages of god. So that way we are not only bringing awareness to Michael but awareness to all the things that would make this world a better place. That is what Michael was about, and those things were very important to him. If you personally don't want to take the time or energy to clear Michael's name then that is ok, but I don't think we should be telling each other to not even try at all. If you never try to make a change, then there will never be a change.

The Neverland Escape......

Never land was a place where Michael could be himself and not have to hide. He could be free of the judgement, prejudice, hate, jealousy and the dishonesty that were outside of those gates. Never land allowed him to be in a place purely filled with love, hope and magic. In Never land Michael had his animals which he said he could relate to better than people. He also had his train, candy, movie theatre, rides and trees to climb but most importantly he had some privacy. Since Michael couldn't experience any of these things outside without being mobbed he built Never land to make up for that. It was a place where he could live out the childhood he was never able to have. Never land is a place where you can escape and leave all of your troubles behind and bring out and discover the inner child that is inside all of us. It is also a place where under privileged children and children who are sick with cancer or other illnesses went to be able to have a normal childhood for a day and experience things that they never had before.
He would allow bus loads of children to come there and do whatever they liked. Michael was a big fan of Peter Pan and other Disney characters. He had many models of them through out Never land. I believe it was because of his love of people but also because it allowed him to be around people without them wanting something in return .judging him or screaming because they are so excited to see him. It was a way for him to experience what it like to be around people and just be normal. Even though the mannequins and statues obviously can't talk, I think it was just comforting for Michael to have their presence there. He also had beautiful paintings done of himself. I was able to meet Michael's personal artist David Nordahl. He has done so many famous paintings of Michael, which you can see a lot of them through out the documentary "Living with Michael" and in other interviews. You can see some of the videos giving you a tour of Never land and Michael having fun there.

You Are My Life......

Michael Jackson loved his children and he was a great father. A lot of times when I see television programs of Michael and his children, they always seem to talk about the time when Michael held blanket over the hotel balcony for a few seconds. This has been shown countless times to make Michael appear to be a bad and irresponsible father. Yet there are so many parents who throw their kids up in the air and catch them and do all sorts of other things with them and it is no big deal. Michael was holding his son tight and strong and he wasn't holding him over the balcony for as long as the media made it appear. I think of it this way, what is worse? Holding your son tightly over a balcony for a few seconds or never being in your son's life at all.

There has also been media report's that Michael has a big ego and named his 2 sons Prince because he is the King of Pop. That is not true at all. Michael named his 2 sons after his great Grandfather named Prince Scruse. It is a name that was apart of his family long before he ever became the King of Pop, and if the media would do a little research or had simply asked him, they would know the truth. Although it wouldn't surprise me if they already knew the truth and just decided to tell the lies instead!! Michael was a very loving father. He said that he wakes up and is ready for the day because of them. He changed diapers when they were little, spent quality time with them and constantly told them that he loved them. Michael's children say that he was the best father in the world.

Michael knows what effect having a bad childhood can have on a child, and he always tried the best he could to be a great father. Even though Michael knew that they couldn't ever have normal lives because they are his children; he said that he hoped that they wouldn't hold that against him and know that he tried to do the best that he could. It appears to me that they don't hold anything against him because they always say that they love him and miss him. In my opinion he was a better father than most because he took the time to actually be there for them. Michael said that they meant everything to him. He would take them to art museums and to the beach. He would take them on trips all over the world like to Africa and Ireland. He really showed them the world and educated them on so many different things.

He tried his best to protect them from the media by having them home schooled and being with them when they would go out, instead of always just letting security guards take them out. The media also tries to say that it was Michael's Idea to have them walk around in public wearing masks, but it was actually his ex-wife Debbie Rowe's idea. She said she was terrified to have there faces out there and told Michael to keep their faces covered. You can hear more about that in the videos below. Michael wrote a song for his children titled "You Are My Life". That song is filled with love and really captures what Michael's children meant to him. The song is in a video below for you to hear. I also invite you all to watch all of the videos below because it will explain better how much Michael's children meant to him and how much Michael meant to his children.

I Want To Take You Higher......

One time when Michael was speaking with some of his fans, a little boy came up to him to ask a question. The boy asked " Is it true that your using female hormones to make your voice higher?" Michael said " No!! Where did you hear a story like that?" The boy said that he had heard it from some of his friends at school. We all know that Michael has been singing since he was 5 years old. Once he made it to Motown He had a vocal coach to help him work on hitting high notes, low notes and any note in between. Michael has said many times that he is a perfectionist. He would practice his singing and dancing for hours until it was just right. With all of this rehearsing and practicing, it allowed his voice to reach higher notes even as he was growing and maturing to have a naturally deeper speaking voice. The voice box is a muscle and like any muscle if you constantly are using it and flexing it; it will grow stronger!! This is exactly what happened to Michael's voice.

I think he always had a strong voice, but just in different ways as he began to mature. I listen to a lot of his songs from the Jackson 5 days, and he hits high notes like no one else. It's amazing to listen to. One of the songs where Michael hits a lot of lower notes and high notes is in a song called " All the things you are" It is in a video below for all of you who have not heard it yet. You can clearly hear his amazing voice range, even from such a young age. As Michael got older and his voice still maintained it's pitch, the media started rumors saying that he was taking female hormones to make his voice higher. Michael has said that he doesn't even know what a female hormone pill looks like. This was definitely just another crazy rumor!! They are now saying that Justin Beiber is taking female hormones to keep his voice higher!! When will the media stop? There is a video below for you to watch that is a voice training lesson that Michael did with his voice trainer Seth Riggs, It's really great. You can hear his high range,a little of his lower range, but either way it is all  Michael's NATURAL voice.

The Song Of Earth......

Michael was a  huge advocate of the state of this world. His song " Earth Song" speaks about a lot of environmental issues. Michael has spoke out against animals being hunted, Forrest Fires, Wars and dying children.  Michael has used his fame to bring attention to many of these issues in the world. He has said that he not only feels like his fame is an opportunity for him to spread his messages, but he also feels that it is his  duty. The world puts more interest in the other planets and tries to understand whats going on out there, when they haven’t even took the time to fully understand whats going on here on Earth. There are children dying everyday and Michael said that it pains him to see how far we have advanced technologically in this world, yet we do so little for our children. I totally agree with him. I mean there is millions of dollars being given away in the lottery to one family, but yet the government cant seem to afford to feed a hungry family, help a homeless person or get extra text books for our public schools.

Why must the world continue to basically throw away millions and at the same time speak of how they don't have enough money to help others? Michael also spoke about Gandhi and how he wanted to gain freedom for India without using any weapons. I think it's terrible how the world spends so much time talking about how we want peace and yet we try to solve those problems with wars. Like Michael said in his song Beat It " They'll kick you, then they beat you, Then they'll tell you it's fair. " The wining side in the wars believe they have had a fair fight, but really all they have achieved was taking away innocent lives. The underlying problems are still there. Michael saw wonder in every living thing and he always wanted this world to be a better place. I hope that someday we can all come together and make a change.

The Conference Of Lies......

This is not a story that I would want to bring up, but I do want to make sure that I cover everything. I am posting this because in the future IF and WHEN this subject is brought up or the video is played on T.V, and people are using it to say that Michael is guilty because his own sister Latoya said that he was; they can read this and know the truth behind that 1993 press conference and know that she didn't actually mean what she was saying!! So this starts off during the first allegations brought up against Michael in 1993. Michael's sister Latoya did a press conference that wasn't positive at all about Michael. It never helps your plea of innocence when your own family member is accusing you of molesting a child .I know that must have been devastating for Michael because his family is very important to him.

But there is more to that press conference then it seemed. Latoya Jackson's first husband and manager named Jack Gordon was very abusive. They were together for about 10 years before she had the strength to leave him. Throughout the time she was with him Jack would  lock her in a hotel room day after day, he would beat her, control her every move and he threatened to kill her, Michael and Janet if she ever tried to leave him . She was also unknowingly being fed mind control drugs in her food, which are similar to the ones that they give people in the army before going to war. Even her body guards were hired by Jack so they knew not to let her get away when she tried. Latoya had such deep fear instilled in her by Jack, that if she didn't say those things at the press conference he would try to hurt her and her family.

Jack Gordon was very jealous of Michael and wanted to hurt his career. So he told Latoya to say those things about Michael in the way that she did. At that point Latoya had to make a choice between saying unfavorable things about Michael or putting her family's life in danger. Latoya was finally able to break free from Jack and can now say that she does believe that Michael was 100% innocent!! The first video below is the 1993 conference. I am posting this video Just so that you can see what conference I am talking about and so you can compare it to the second video which clears everything up about why she said those things. I do not support any of the things she is saying in the first video, but as you can see in the second video; this press conference is still being spoken about  in interviews and t.v. specials about Michael, so I just wanted to show and explain the truth. Michael was always innocent.

** I also want to note that there was no sibling rivalry, at the end of the day they were friends and they loved each other very much**

The Message Behind The Music.......

We all know how Michael wanted to change the world with his music. He has been asked in interviews if he would ever want to become an ambassador because of the fact that he is so globally accepted all across the world. Michael's answer was " I feel like I am that already with my music because it breaks all barriers, I don't have to make a political statement, I do that with my music. It breaks all language barriers all over the world." Michael definitely proves this in songs like Man in the Mirror which is about change starting within yourself. The lyrics are " If you wanna make the world a better place, Take a look at yourself and make a change". He also did a song called "They don't really care about us " which was a song about police brutality and injustice in the world. He sang the song as himself representing all of the victims of racism, police brutality,  and mistreatment by authority. Michael also did a song called " We are the world" which was a humanitarian song telling us to give back and support the less fortunate and take care of each other because we are all connected, we are all family.

Then he did " The Earth Song" which was informing the world to take better care of our environment because once it gets to a certain point of destruction; we can't go back and fix it. Michael cared so passionately about the world and it couldn't be more obvious in the songs that he has put out for us to hear. Michael hated wars, seeing starving children and seeing man slowly ruin it's own planet. He did whatever he could to help by donating millions of dollars to charity's, making speeches and visiting sick children in hospitals . Michael has helped the world in so many ways by using his god given talent and magic to show people all that is going on in the world and how we can help. All the media has done is ignore this and focused on making up the next lie about him, but just because they ignored it; doesn't mean that it wasn't happening.Throughout all the media drama Michael Never stopped giving and never stopped loving.

Did The Truth Go Out Of Style?........

This is one of my favorite quotes from Michael Jackson " What happened to the truth? Did it go out of style". That is definitely a great question, because a long time ago the media used to build your career up and appreciate you for what you did and treat you with respect, but now all they do is bring people up just so they can knock them down harder. That quote also reminds me of New york fashion week, and how the clothes go in and out of style all of the time. That seems to be how the truth in the entertainment industry goes as well. But as we all know ; what goes out of style can always come back in. As Michael has said "The truth always prevails."

We may be in an era of lies now but I truly believe that things will circle back around  to the beginning and the truth will start to become more favorable to hear to the public. I mean who wants to be lied to? Wouldn't you rather always know the truth and hard facts about your favorite celebrities and other people instead of hearing different unproven lies week after week? I always wondered at what point did the media and other people just turn around and decide to be so cruel. I can never understand how they could be so ruthless and attempt to ruin Michael's life and career. You can say it's jealousy, you can say its envy; but I feel its something even deeper than that. Just the inner need to bring people down to their level to make themselves feel better. They enjoy the feeling of trying to turn Somebody into a Nobody!!

I've recently noticed that people seem to like to watch other people live their lives. Which I think is the reason why we buy tabloids and watch T.V and movies, but it seems as if there was a point where the movie of Michael's life got too perfect and safe from the media's point of view ; and so they decided to remake his life themselves and put their own version of drama and conflict in it. If Michael was his own "movie" controller, everything would have been the truth from start to finish. You wouldn't have had to read about so many rumors, hear so many lies, and question the truth. So now I just think its up to the fans to re-edit that "movie", and put it right back to where it was supposed to be. Michael may be gone, but his legacy is not. It will never be too late to get the truth out and put all of the lies to rest.
